"Can I remove Vista Boot Camp partition?

So here's the real question that I have a full backup of the PC from view on a hard drive. Then I can delete the recovery partition and make a new bootcamp over again and then see my files (programs and what not) with the option to restore your computer from a recovery CD (it – download http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc /)
