data recovery from dead hard drive?

how can i recover my precious data from data
can i try this on my own or its recommended to give it to pro’s
how much it would cost
and one last question, did anyone of you file complaint aganist the company for consecutive bad hdd service
its my 3rd time the hdd went dead

I’m a pro and I can recover data if there is no physical damage to the drive. From the way you worded the question, I assume that it is not a job for you to try.

I would take the drive out of your machine and put it in a working machine. Not too many users can do that safely.

If there is non-physical damage, it makes it much harder. If there is physical damage, it is unlikely that it is worth the very high expense of having it done. You can NOT see physical damage, by the way, because it is almost always internal.
