CREATIVE VISION: M MP3PLAYER HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i have a creative vision m mp3 player and it does freeze once nd a while but its watever, i just reset it. but today it froze while i was watching a movie on it and i reset it but instead of coming back on it took me to a recovery screen where i had 4 options…
1. clean up
2. format
3. firmware
4.reboot
i rebooted it but it just took me to the same screen…so i tried the disk cleanup but it didnt go..i think it froze again…plz help me i cant live without my music…i dont really mind losing everything cuz i have it on my computer…and if i format it , it takes some of my hard drive away soo plz plz plz tell me wat to do…please leave your email so i need more help i can contact u
