Recovering a formatted disk?

I have a hard drive which was encrypted with TrueCrypt that I have accidentally formatted. I know there are recovery tools out there that can recover formatted data but the ones I’ve seen only talk about recovering files. Are there any tools that will allow me to recover all the data on the disk in it’s raw form?
I do not want to recover files, read the question before responding, I need to do a partition recovery to another disk.

there are several programs that will do this, the difficulty will possibly be the fact that it was an encrypted drive. You may need to encrypt and decrypt the files to be able to access the data.
Try a program called Easy Recovery Pro, not free but does work extremely well for nearly all file formats including RAW recovery.
