TextEdit vanished. Where can I download it for mac os x?
It’s so annoying. I’ve looked EVERYWHERE. I just need something that can read an .rtf file.
TextEdit just completely disappeared from my system, and it’s a MUST have since I have some seriously important files that need to be read under it. AND NO, it didn’t come on my mac so the recovery disc will NOT have it! I need this! PLEASE HELP, a simple link will give you a nice 5 stars :c
I don’t think it is available for download. Since it is free and comes with every install of OS X, it isn’t a very sought after application online.
If you do have the OS X install disc, you can use a free application called Pacifist available at http://www.charlessoft.com/ to reinstall TextEdit (or any other application that accidentally gets deleted).
