My Hard disk’s 2 drive’s FAT32 file are corrupted. im not able to access these drive.?

my all important data is in these drive. I’ve tried by Recovery s/w, reinstalled the OS (XP pro.) but still im not able to access it. my all important data is in that drive. i also tried to convert that drive’s FAT file to NTFS but it didn’t convert. please refer me some free software / tools through which i can rebuild the lost fat32 file of those drive & access all the data.
